Refund policy

 

We accept returns for unopened, sealed products within 60 days from order delivered. If you wish to return a product, please email us with the details. However, please note that we do not accept returns for any opened or used products, with the exception of our Circadian Light products that have been opened but are not damaged and returned to us in their original state.

• In the case of a defective or damaged product, we can offer a replacement, and will not require a return.
• International returns are not accepted, we only accept returns from the US and Canada.
• Once a return parcel is received by us, it will take up to 5 days for processing, at which point we will process a refund for the item cost only and not for the shipping cost. If a shipping label is provided we will deduct the cost of the return label and a $3 processing fee.
