Canadian orders are shipped from our facility in Ontario, Canada, while US and international orders are shipped from our facility in California, USA.

How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent you in an automated shipping email or SMS text (depending on if you left and email or phone number when you placed the order) once the order has left our shipping facility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for unopened, sealed products. If you wish to return a product, please email us with the details. However, please note that we do not accept returns for any opened or used products, with the exception of our Circadian Light products that have been opened but are not damaged and returned to us in their original state. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Our shipping team works quickly, and once an order has been labeled and processed, we are unable to edit its contents, shipping address, or cancel the order. It is important to reach out to us promptly, as the timeframe for changes or cancellations can be as short as 1 hour, depending on the order volume at the time of your purchase.
