Our shipping policies are designed to provide a range of options to suit your needs, whether you're in Canada, the USA, or Internationally. Here's what you need to know about our shipping options and fees:

Where will my order be shipped from?

  • All orders placed within the USA will be shipped from Los Angeles, California.
  • All orders placed within Canada will be shipped from Toronto, ON.
  • All orders placed outside USA/Canada will be shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Free Shipping

  • Canada & USA: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

Shipping to Canada

  • Ontario:
    • Ground Shipping (3-8 days) - $10 USD
    • Express Shipping (2-3 days) - $20 USD
  • Outside Ontario:
    • Ground Shipping (3-8 days) - $15 USD
    • Express Shipping (2-3 days) - $25 USD

Shipping to the USA

  • Mainland USA:
    • Ground Shipping (3-8 days) - $10 USD
    • Express Shipping (2-3 days) - $20 USD
  • Outlying Islands:
    • Shipping (3-5 Days) - $25 USD

International Shipping

For our international customers, we offer the following options:

  • Ground Shipping (6-10 days) - $35 USD
  • Express Shipping (2-4 days) - $75 USD

Additional Information

  • All shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on external factors. We cannot guarantee that these estimates are met.
  • Shipping times begin at the time of dispatch, and not at the time of order payment, and are estimated in business days and not in total days. Couriers typically do not deliver on weekends.
  • Shipping costs are allocated based on the delivery address and will be displayed at checkout.
  • We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.
  • It is very common that a tracking link does not update for a string of 1-4 business days. Please refrain from asking about tracking updates until a tracking link has not made any progress for 10+ days.

What should I do if my package is marked as ‘delivered’ but I cannot locate the package at my delivery address?

  • Please check with neighboring addresses/mailboxes to see if the package was delivered mistakenly at a nearby address
  • Allow 24-72 hours for a potential late delivery
  • Check any potential monitoring cameras for the possibility of theft
  • Please note that we cannot be held accountable for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping agency

Return Policy

We accept returns for unopened, sealed products. If you wish to return a product, please email us with the details. However, please note that we do not accept returns for any opened or used products, with the exception of our Circadian Light products that have been opened but are not damaged and returned to us in their original state.

  • In the case of a defective or damaged product, we can offer a replacement, and will not require a return.
  • International returns are not accepted, we only accept returns from the US and Canada.
  • Once a return parcel is received by us, it will take up to 5 days for processing, at which point we will process a refund for the item cost only and not for the shipping cost.
